Weather Forecast Anne Mari -16 August- day 8
General situation
As from now we will keep a close watch for tropical activity in general and more specificly for the Cape Verdes.
At this moment, main tropical activity is confined to the zone South of N13°. With tropical activity is meant: tropical showers/thunderstorms and development of tropical storms and cyclones. At this stage no tropical storms nor cyclones are developing. However the South of N13° the showery and thundery activity is quite significant but except from an isolated cell the conditions around the Cape Verdes look fairly calm for the next three or four days.
There is some indication that after 4 or 5 days there moves a deepening depression from the African coast into the Atlantic on the CV-latitude-this development has to be confirmed by the next computer runs.
