Weather Forecast 17 August

Hi Geoff, good morning
no worries. i was only concerned about you guys don’t receiving my forecasts at all. So i am happy that you get them allright and you are moving again today. Hope all turns out well with Steve. I know by experience that a shoulder is a quite fragile piece of the body(the english word escapes me!)
anyway it looks like the 16th was a rather weak day, from the wind perspective i mean. But it should have picked up during the afternoon and wil remain pretty strong during the night. This in case you would check the mail tonight.
the next few days still a good breeze from a good direction, but keep as close to the coast as possible, there the wind is enhanced by the sea breeze and during the afternoon/evening it is quite strong. Once south of 21° it becomes difficult. Larger depressions form, quite significantly altering the wind. However i would still recommend to stay clos to the coast line, as the wind grows weak, it probably picks up locally due to the differential heating between land and sea.
For the rest of the forecast see below. All the best and take care.
